Cohabitation Woman

A lady named the agency asking for our advice. She told us that she had left her husband, young children and the household house because of his continuous philandering. She was really distraught by the situation. She didn't desire to leave the children but she could not afford to take them with her before she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was really abusive and shouted at her a lot. The couple had been separated for about 4 months and in that time our client had found out that he had moved another woman in.

Our client was fairly worried about her case since she was the one that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the young children and he would need to pay maintenance to her as well as the children once the divorce had gone through. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it would be an excellent notion to put covert cameras outside the home so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living at the family home.

We left the cameras outside the home for 2 weeks. We had a lot of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her automobile on the drive and used a important to obtain in. She was there on her own for a few of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had sufficient to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the family house with all the children and her husband began to pay maintenance. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this 1 woman and he wanted to live with her.
